Commonly asked questions
Timelines depend on project complexity. Simple animations or images can take a few days, while detailed product animations usually take a few weeks. We focus on quality and keep you updated every step of the way.
We’ll do an initial 30-min kickoff call, and you’ll get to fill out a short questionnaire. After that, we typically have 3-4 milestones that you should sign off & give feedback on so we can continue production. In total, this shouldn’t take more than an hour of your time per week.
There are key milestones where we’ll request feedback from you. These include:
- Initial storyboard & mood board
- 3D model sign-off
- Previsualization
- Rough edit
After those milestones we lock in any revisions so we can move on to final rendering and final delivery.
We answer within a business day at most, typically within an hour during our working hours (Central European Time – We’re located in Germany).
Bridging deep expertise in the animation industry with a decade of toy sector experience, we bring award-winning, cinematic, story-driven, and emotionally engaging experiences to toy brands competing in a fast-paced, highly competitive market.
3D Model: It’s beneficial if you can provide us with a 3D model that you’ve most likely already created for toy design or manufacturing purposes. While we can create a model of your product ourselves, using a provided engineering model is more cost-effective and lets us hit the ground running.
Marketing Strategy: The content we create is meant to be plugged into an existing marketing strategy or campaign.
We don’t offer marketing services as of yet. We believe in offering what we do best, and that is creating emotionally engaging, irresistible, creative toy content of all kinds, that you, your marketing department, or marketing agency can use in your existing marketing campaigns.
Our 3D content packages are customized to meet the unique needs of each toy business. Pricing varies based on factors like availability of a 3D model or themed environment, the complexity of your toy product, or the number of assets required. We prefer to discuss your specific needs first to provide an accurate and tailored quote.
