The Challenge

Smyths needed to launch dozens of new LEGO® SKUs across the EU and US simultaneously. Traditional video production was too slow to hit “Pre-Order” windows and too expensive to localize for 5+ languages and 60+ social formats.

The Solution

We replaced physical shoots with a Master 3D Asset Pipeline. By building “Digital Twins” of the SKUs, ToyMotions generated a massive library of platform-ready ads—optimized for YouTube, TikTok, and Amazon—weeks before physical products arrived at retail.
